WA's first ISC Platinum rating was awarded to METRONET Morley-Ellenbrook Line project for innovative sustainable construction, reduced emissions, smarter materials use, and improved station precincts benefiting local communities.

The METRONET Byford Rail Extension sets new sustainability benchmarks by protecting native vegetation, reducing water use and waste and delivering two 6-Star Gren Star stations for a greener, cooler future. 

With partnerships across 35 Aboriginal businesses, training success stories and more than 4,000 employment opportunities, the METRONET Byford Rail Extension project celebrates Aboriginal culture through design, art and collaboration.
